A Celebration of Life: New Jersey
This event began in 2011 to honor Kyle Craig, a 21-year-old Spring Lake native and Vanderbilt University student who took his own life in 2010. What started in Nashville has grown into an annual evening held across New Jersey, New York, and Philadelphia — turning grief into funding for hundreds of Minding Your Mind programs.
About Minding Your Mind
Founded in 2007, Minding Your Mind delivers in-school and community mental health education from kindergarten through college, working to end the stigma around mental health challenges.

Two students are selected at random and notified by email. Each winner receives a ticket and a guest ticket.
Join us September 24, 2026
Attend An Evening of Hope & Remembrance from 7 to 11 PM at Spring Lake Bath & Tennis Club, 1 Jersey Avenue, Spring Lake, NJ, with your guest.
Before You Enter, read the eligibility requirements:
You are a current student at a New Jersey-area college or university.
You and your guest are both 21 years of age or older. This is an evening event where alcohol is served, and photo identification may be required at the door.
You and your guest are both available the evening of September 24, 2026 and able to attend if selected.
Winners are responsible for their own transportation to Spring Lake Bath & Tennis Club (1 Jersey Avenue, Spring Lake, NJ 07762). Seats are non-transferable; please enter only if you and your guest are able to commit to attending.
