What are these sessions?

Wellbeing Navigation Sessions are for when you don’t quite feel right and you’re not sure what would actually help.

Your wellbeing is shaped by more than one thing: your body, your stress, your emotions, and what’s happening in your life. Most health and wellness strategies look at these pieces separately.

These sessions help you look at the full picture, make sense of what’s been going on, and figure out what kinds of support are actually worth exploring.

Whether you’ve already tried a few things or are simply curious what else could help, you don’t have to figure this out alone.

Supported gives you a steady place to land and guidance you can return to as you take your next steps.
