Welcome
Let’s find a better way to feel and work.
I’m Tracey
I burnt out and rebuilt my life,
and now I help others do the same.
Corporate wellness was my career until burnout changed everything.
We’re told that if we work hard and do everything right, life will fall into place: a steady career, a good salary, the house, the vacations. But so many of us wake up one day and wonder: how did I get here?
After my own self-care sabbatical, I realized that true wellness and burnout prevention does not start with programs or checklists. They begin with your nervous system and the story you are carrying.
That’s why my work has two parts:
Wellbeing Navigation Sessions → one-on-one guidance to help you unravel your story and find what truly supports you.
The Calm Worklife → a collective space to pause, reflect, and reimagine how you live and work.
Both begin with the same goal: helping you feel better, one realistic step at a time.

WELLBEING NAVIGATION
A 75-minute one-on-one session where I listen to your story, help you see how burnout is showing up, and guide you toward practical, holistic ways of caring for yourself.
THE CALM WORKLIFE
A collective space to pause, reflect, and reimagine how you live and work. Monthly essays, reflections, and practices designed to help you find your calm again.
When was the last time you felt calm?
When was the last time you felt calm?
When was the last time you felt calm without guilt or urgency?
What would it feel like to move through your day with ease?
Exhaustion. Disconnection. Over-responsibility...
They’re not signs you’re failing.
They’re signs you’ve been trying to hold too much, too alone, for too long.
In my work — whether one-on-one or through The Calm Worklife — we don’t try to “fix” that.
We meet it—with honesty, space, and a different way forward.
I’m Tracey — a wellness strategist and navigator.
I believe work should never come at the cost of your wellbeing. Yet so many of us find ourselves stuck, waiting for things at work to change, or bouncing from program to practitioner hoping the next one will finally make us feel better.
What I’ve learned is that real change doesn’t come from waiting or chasing. It comes from pausing, reconnecting with yourself, and finding support that truly fits your life. That’s why I created this work: to give people a lifeline when they need it most.
