This is a guided path back to yourself— deeply personal and rooted in inner transformation.
While each woman’s path is unique, we move through three evolving phases together:
Phase One: Remember
We begin by pausing. You’ll slow down enough to start hearing your own inner signals again—through your body, your energy, your emotions.
We’ll explore how stress and burnout have shaped your patterns, and gently reconnect to who you are beneath it all.
You’ll meet “Your Four” inner guideposts—your values in motion
Start a nightly check-in ritual to track and tend your energy
Learn how your nervous system speaks and begin listening back
Receive foundational support (nutrition, rest, movement suggestions) that meets you where you are to help you feel more grounded
This isn’t about pushing through. It’s about meeting yourself where you are with gentleness and truth.
Phase Two: Reconnect
This is where your energy begins to shift. We’ll anchor in your calm self—through a custom meditation practice and everyday touchpoints. As you reconnect inwardly, we’ll explore what’s feeling aligned and what’s asking to be released.
Begin working with your “Calm Self” and learning to return to her
Identify and soften old habits of shape-shifting or self-abandonment
Reassess your current routines with compassion and possibility
Update your nightly check-in and journaling practice for deeper clarity

Phase Three: Reclaim
In this final phase, we explore how your inner calm translates outward—into how you show up at work, in relationships, and in daily life. You’ll begin practicing embodiment: living from the truth you’ve been reconnecting with.

This is a deeply supported and personalized experience. Here’s what’s included in your journey:
8 private sessions
Eight 1:1 sessions (each 60 minutes) held over approximately four months. While we’ll set a rhythm together, this isn’t a rigid weekly cadence. Some phases may call for more spaciousness, others for closer support. We’ll let your nervous system and your life set the pace.
Support between sessions
You’ll have access to gentle between-session support via email or private messaging (with agreed-upon boundaries). This is a space to check in, share wins or reflections, and receive grounded guidance.
Guided meditations, journal prompts, and check-in rituals
You’ll receive calming tools and reflective practices to deepen your integration between sessions.
Personalized resources + recommendations
After sessions, you’ll receive tailored notes or handouts based on your needs—this might include nervous system support strategies, holistic wellness referrals, thought prompts, or gentle daily practices. I’m not your nutritionist or therapist, but I can help point you toward aligned tools and trusted experts.

Work from Within is a personalized 1:1 program designed to unfold gently over four months—though your journey will be paced with care, not pressure.

Gentle in-between support via email or voice note chat, so you don’t feel alone between sessions
Personalized guidance tailored to what your system truly needs—nervous system tools, recommended experts, practices, and routines that feel supportive
Custom journaling prompts, guided meditations, and nightly check-in practices to help you return to yourself again and again
Session summaries + take-home suggestions, so you have clarity, integration time, and reminders along the way

$2,200 USD (payment plans available upon request)
You’ll receive individualized, whole-person support grounded in nervous system awareness, soul-aligned leadership, and gentle re-patterning. This is deep work—and you’ll be held the entire way.

This is an intimate, high-touch experience. Because of the depth of this work, I only take on a few women at a time.
